We had such a good time with Ann-Marie & Gavin on their engagement shot and also their beautiful daughter Grace.

Had a great time with Camilla & Robert on their engagement shoot in and around Walton, we are really looking forward to photographing their wedding in the Old Library in Colchester Town Hall at the end of July.

Where do the days and weeks go?
A few recent projects that have been keeping me busy.

We had a great day last Tuesday photographing the wedding of Sarah and James at Gosfield Hall Essex, Sarah & James are currently away on their honeymoon in Mexico.
I would like to say a big thank you to the staff at Gosfield Hall (esp Sue) for their help and support on the day, it was much appreciated.

Last Sunday we met up with Sarah & James for their pre-wedding shoot in Castle Park Colchester and amongst the ruins of St Botolphs Priory Colchester, we had a fantastic time and I am really looking forward to their wedding in about two weeks time at Gosfield Hall.

This week has been real fun, most of the week has been devoted to editing the photographs of Amy & Matthew's wedding which took place at Prested Hall in Essex, most people are surprised how much work I actually put into a photographic assignment be it at a wedding or a portrait session and post processing can take up a lot of my time depending on what I'm trying to achieve for my client and what my client actually wants.
We managed to get into London as well for a few hours break for the Nikon Expo at Earl's Court Olympia at which we bumped into a couple of dear friends but more of that on another day...but for now it's back to work editing the photographs of Amy & Matthew.

I had a good time yesterday afternoon photographing Greg, Di and their family in the studio, we had a lot of fun.
The above picture is of their grandaughter Lacey who was an absolute joy to photograph.
Also a big thank you to a very good friend of mine Lisa for inviting me along to assist at one of her wedding shoots on Saturday, as always it was great to work with her again and with her kind permission I'll post one or two of the images at a later date.

Today I have been doing the final edits to a photo shoot from last month (deadline not until 1st Dec), I photograph a local builder's (Apple Home Improvements) projects/jobs, it's a pleasant break (and different discipline) from photographing weddings and portraiture, but it's back to wedding photography tomorrow when I'll be assisting a good friend of mine Lisa.

I'm having a quiet day in the office today clearing paperwork, but yesterday I had a great day in London assisting at a photoshoot of (a vgood friend of mine) Lisa, we created some great images.
