Rural over-development.

Yet more development in Little Clacton.

This is possibly the last winter that this beautiful view across snow covered fields will be available for people to enjoy as yet another farm that has been bought by a local developer has been earmarked (the plans have now been passed by the local authority) for development into a housing estate in the new year.

Steps

Steps.
Leica Typ 262 + 50mm f2 Summicron. I've just ditch Adobe CC as I feel I spent a lot of money on Photoshop CS5 and couldn't see the sense in paying another £10.10p a month for Photoshop CC, so I'm trying out Affinity Photo for a while to see how it compares. The above image was edited in Affinity Photo.
