A great photo shoot on Sunday morning where we basically took over Uncle Ken and Auntie Linda's home and the first time of working with Lindy (choreographer).

A big thank you to both Amy and Ryan, I have just had my 70 - 200mm f2.8 lens serviced and Amy and Ryan very sportingly agreed to be my test subjects, we had a photo session along the very cold, windy and seemingly bleak beach at Martello Bay where we put the lens through its paces, I'm pleased to say it performed very well as usual and we all had a great time as well.

This is one of a series of images taken of a RAF Rescue helicopter on manoeuvres in very strong winds on the cliffs at Walton on the Naze.
